University of Arizona
The University of Arizona Residence Life Building Renewal Project
is a $50+ million, multi-phase endeavor that will renovate systems
and spaces in more than ten residence halls over the course of four
years. Utilizing a fast-track, Construction Manager at Risk delivery
method, Phase I of the project completed $7 million of construction
in 70 days during the University's summer break. Work advanced around
the clock, 7 days a week, demolishing, replacing systems, and finishing
three facilities simultaneously. |
